1, as a result of being 2 and 3. Not 4.
IMHO, everybody (especially MPs, whose job it is to think seriously about stuff) who isn't supporting EFTA as a fair compromise is trying to wreck Brexit.
It's quite possible she knew all along it would come to this, but she wants to be seen to have done her best to "get a deal", so that when we end up not leaving, or leaving without any form of deal, it's Not Her Fault.
