Yesterdays Sunday Telegraph was promising us deep cuts in Hospitals, front line personel, surgery throughput, A & E facilities; no mention whatever about cutting management or 5 Portions A Day Advisers.
B, exactly. Nobody likes the sound of 'cuts to frontline services' so they always say that spending cuts = cuts in services.
This is patent bollocks of course, as nearly half of eight million taxpayer-funded jobs are quangocrats and meddlers.
