Well I knew there were two (Spain and Ukraine), after some confusion on this blog many many posts ago, but are there more? (There's Galacia, but that's in the Asian part of Turkey).
B, are you sure? I can't see one on this map of Turkey's provinces https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Administrative_divisions_of_Turkey.
Although there is one called Batman!
It's an ancient place name, also spelt "Galatia" as in St Paul's letter to the Galatians.

Sadly, its capital city is also called Batman, not Gotham.
