In an amusing twist on the genre, whoever wrote the Daily Mail headline decided not to bother writing an article to accompany it. If you click the link at present, there's just the headline and a couple of bullet points as clue bats, anything more than that would just be labouring the point.
UPDATE: They have now ruined the joke by adding an article.
