OK, I have now finished scouring the murkier recesses of my iTunes library, so here's the last instalment in the series for the time being.
Bruce Springsteen (who would never stoop to such a crappy musical device in his own songs) included one in his cover version of 'Jacob's Ladder' on his thoroughly mediocre album 'We Shall Overcome' (maybe it was there in the original or something). He tries to bring a spark of life to the song by sliding up a tone at 3 minutes 4 seconds, but frankly, Boss, it was dead long before then:

Such people are closet homeownerists for sure.
JH, who? I blame Home-Owner-Ism for most of our economic ills, but I wouldn't go as far as to blame them for truck driver's gear changes.
