The difference between British and Sri Lankan ballot papers

Ours tend to be more in 'portrait' layout, whereas in Sri Lanka, they go for 'landscape', to wit:

would it be wacist to use word wrap on such names when standing in our less hideously white parts of the UK?

Or would it be wrong to let one candidate use so much more paper?

Is the length of their name positively or negatively correlated with their aptitude as a politician?

Its as well then that Mandelson is unelected or he might insist his full title appears on ballot papers!
