Perhaps they can have a penalty shoot out or play paper, rock, scissors?
This, I really can't understand. Even if I were wild about the EU, the fact that the vote wasn't respected first time round would madden me to vote the opposite way.
Perhaps stubbornness and self-respect aren't character traits amongst the majority of Irish anymore.
Look at their economy. Maybe survival was more important.
Given a bad run on the pound maybe the majority of Brits would vote for acceptance of the Euro if it would save their business or job.
It's now all about the here and now and can I personally weather the storm.
