From The Metro:
Gang rape pair get longer sentences
Two sentences of two men, originally jailed at London's Wood Green Crown Court on January 19 for their involvement in the gang-rape of a 16-year-old girl, who had a mental age of just eight and was disfigured for life by being doused in caustic soda at the end of her "nightmare ordeal" attack in Tottenham, were referred to the Court of Appeal (Lord Chief Justice Lord Judge, sitting with Mr Justice Simon and Mr Justice Blair) by Attorney General Baroness Scotland.
The Court of Appeal ruled that the terms being served by Jamaican-born Roger McMorris, of Antill Road, Tottenham, north London, 18, who was convicted of two rape counts and one of causing grievous bodily harm be increased from nine years to 14 years, and by co-defendant Brew, 19, of High Cross Road, Haringey, north London, be increased from six years to nine years.
The judges decided not to increase the sentence imposed on Angolan immigrant Hector Muaimba, 21, of Guildford Road, Waltham Forest, east London, who was also found guilty of one charge of rape and sentenced to six years for the attack and is also serving an additional two years for a separate Old Bailey conviction for robbery.

At least two of these charmers are immigrants. Is there no law under which they can be returned to the lands of their birth after serving their inappropriately lenient sentences? As for "co-defendant Brew's" newly severe sentence: 9 years (= 4.5 years in reality) for this crime is about 150 years too short.
U, there really ought to be. In fact, I'd just deport them straight away, it's up to their country of origin to decide whether to jail them or not.
Agreed on his sentence being about 150 years too short.
