DAVID CAMERON could easily save the Irish from the pain of a second referendum on the Lisbon Treaty. Pledge as Prime Minister to hold the long-promised referendum [in the UK] and that should kill it off for good.

The sentiment is fine but I doubt Cameron's will to resist anything EU and also doubt whether the EU, backed by HMG, would abide by a British referendum any more than they have elsewhere.
Of course he won't, that was DRC's whole point.
why have house price crash banned the people with different views i gave up my bloggs, they do not go up,its not such a good site with the main people banned. any incite . Paul Stott's suggestion is that if Ireland votes yes in the next referendum, it should then go to a third referendum for a best of three answer; otherwise it's a draw.
MA, they could save time and have two referenda on the same day, I suppose.
