Are the certified insane allowed a vote these days? They probably number 2%.
Or more to the point, 2% of the people canvassed were certifiably insane, so we can add those to Labour voters.
Hands up.Its us. I mean MP's and aides and party political people. We believe that ministers and MP's tell the truth, but we don't necessarily vote Labour.
