Per the BBC website "Stuart Wheeler has lost court attempt to force referendum on EU treaty. More soon".
Now let's see if it really takes the f***ers "weeks or even months" to sort out a couple of pages of paperwork.

According to the BBC website Wheeler is going to appeal. I presume there'll be a race between the lawyers at the FCO and Wheeler's lawyers as to who can be first to get their documents to the relevant powers that be. I'd place a (small) wager on the boys from the FCO who are never dilatory when it comes to doing down the UK or its citizens.
Surely that sort of thing takes "weeks or even months" to sort out?

Oh yes - I forgot.
