At least he's letting the market pick the winners without too much distortion.
Much better than shovelling out money into projects based on some politicians ignorance or need to bolster a marginal constituency.
That aside, I agree, the twat should stay out of te markets and certainly not get involved in controversial AGW.

As I approached HoC, I was delighted to see a large yellow and purple umbrella on the pavement.
Hurray, thought I, there's our rallying point.
