Apparently, Paris Jacksons is upset about a TV film in which Michael Jackson was to be played by a white actor.
I don't get it.
Paris Jackson is a white actress who has been playing the role of Michael Jackson's daughter for the last 18 years, and nobody complains about that:
Ah - so it is a class war

If a woman or black actor can play white Shakespearean kings, why can't a white actor play a black (but slowly turning white) suspected paedophile singer? Personally, I can't wait for the release of the Judy Garland story, starring Julian Clary.
PS, true. How is this any different to the PC brigade saying that a black actor should play James Bond? Why is that "good" but white actors playing black characters "bad"? (Interestingly. Felix Leiter, Bond's mate in the CIA has been played by black actors and by white actors).
Micahel Jackson was white, wasn't 'e? (more or less)
Dear Mr Wadsworth
Miss Jackson's Twitter profile describes her as an actress. If she were an actress, she ought to know that actors act. Since Michael Jackson was practically white, a black actor would have to white up (can that be done as successfully as white actors blacking up?).
If Miss Jackson is demanding a colour bar on actors acting, who else could demand segregated roles? Will axe murderers demand that only axe murderers can play axe murderers?

I suppose I am just being naïve if I say she doesn't look much like Michael Jackson (particularly not the young Michael Jackson).
H, no! But nobody is allowed to say it for some reason.

Are axe murderers near the top?
