"every element"? They've missed out the most important bits: the value of Kelly Brook and her boyfriend's houses.
B, not really. If they are writing about somebody famous, they don't need to mention house prices. Celebrity porn trumps house price porn. unless a celeb is selling a house (or has just bought one).
Mentioning the house price is mainly with stories about people from everyday life where there's not much else to say, especially if there has been some gruesome crime in a relatively high-value home.
