Does having a murder at a property not affect the value- it could either plummet or soar- and if so is it still a £1.6 million home?
Mark, you know the real subtext: the point of being well-to-do is to be safe from physical crime.

S, that is a good point, but sub-sub-text is, don't bother buying a £1.6 million home, you're no safer there than anywhere else.
