UPDATE the person filming this appears to have been standing opposite the Holland & Barrett on Chase Side, see Google Maps. The zoom in as the Tesla moves past is skilfully done - the BP petrol station is about 100 yards down the road.

I'm surprised a Tesla allows drivers to do that.
AKH, you'd expect there to be some bleeping sound and flashing light.
DCB, anybody dumb enough to buy a Tesla is dumb enough to forget to close the side door.
There would also be a substantial amount of outside air blowing in.
I recognise that road. Southgate with the bus going to Winchmore Hill.
