Mark Wadsworth said...: B, it's not the hurricanes' fault. The Yanks assumed that the one now known as Katia would blow itself out, so labelled the next ones after Harvey as Irma, then Jose. Only the little storm turned out to be a hurricane after all. Oops.; 10 September 2017 at 12:13
