Theresa Villiers MP is throwing her weight behind local NIMBYs who - wait for it - object to a graveyard being built on the Green Belt. I can't even find the words.

As a Nimby myself, I'd welcome a graveyard on land near my house which might eventually be built on. It will be a good few years before any change of use becomes a risk.
