I'd mark him down for that, he is trying to merge too many KLNs into one rant and ends up completely contradicting himself.

(And completely flying in the face of reality - all the Mansion Tax does is turn Council Tax into something approaching the old Domestic Rates when there was plenty of new construction and young married couples had no probe's buying their first house. It was like buying a car or a fridge or something.)

So by reverse logic, the Mansion Tax must be A Very Good Thing indeed and far better than the purist LVTers give it credit for.
