It all sounds far too gruesome for words. Those cute little animals which carried Mary to Bethlehem and give kids rides on the beach etc. have started kicking and biting people to death?

to be honest, Mark, I think it is about time that donkeys started kicking back at the appalling treatment they have received over the years from Greeks and Turks and sundry shady operators on Blackpool beach. I am with the Donkey Liberation Front on this.

G, like most animals, they are not treated very well but at least they are not slaughtered at the age of a few months or a year or two.
