I like the line Drawing cariactures best. May I suggest a caricature of Retail reformer of the (last) week Mr Andy "100 Discount" Warrell Thompson.
Typo 100%
Den, I did him ages ago.
What do mean by "line drawing"? Do you mean without the fancy shading?
Harry has a strange face, not easy to capture I would think, but this is good - knew him immediately.
Yes like "the three wise men persons"
AKH, ta, several of the older football managers have quite impressive faces, really battle scarred in the way that even few politicians manage.
Den, ta for clarification.
It is ironic that Thomson went Ballistic on the Supermarket sweep as he comes across as quite bright on economic matters. In 2001 he propoosed a campaign for a volantary ban on tipping in restaurants knowing it would increase the income to restauranters and waiting staff alike.
Off topic- but I notice when you change your blog description.
Den, simple rule in restaurants, never add a tip to the bill on the machine, just chuck a few quid on the tray for the waiter/waitress to pocket.
R, ta. It amazes me that some people never change them.
Harry's finesse was to name the account after his dog. Tremendous.
Still, I think there'll be a fucking tremendous hatefest against him in the 'liberal' press - football, cockney, alleged tax evader - public enemy #1.
Rob, that's why I'm leading the backlash against the inevitable backlash and making him "Tax Reform Campaigner Of The Week", he illustrates how bloody difficult it is to tax incomes and how high earners can avoid it, i.e. it is pointless. As ever, LVT would fix all this.
