Mark, I think you need your eyes testing! My eyesight is pretty crap, but even I can see that Ms Bleakley's legs are much longer than 1/3rd of her full height. Even the visible bits (below the hem line) are more than 1/3rd!
Ms Bleakely surprises. Wonder if she dresses like that at home.
