See mate, these are the HOUSE buyers and the dinks in suits that I referred to elswhere at another time.
My HOME is still my HOME no matter what, I will make no profit and I don't expect to get a bonus (not even a social bonus) of even one figure.
One for the HOMEYS. the others are after dough.
Anon, you've made it abundantly clear that your home is of no economic value to you and you don't care about making a profit.
So you'll be really happy when we scrap income tax and have LVT instead - your net earned income will double and on top of that you can rent out your current home - on which you place no value - and make a profit on that as well!
You will be rolling in it$$$$$$
and you'll get a Citizen's Dividend out of all the LVT that other mugs are prepared to pay. What's not 2 like????
