I suspect that Guido missed the significance - his operation didn't cure Millibrown's Sleep Apnoea, so he's still having disturbed nights and is therefore prone to nodding off during the day. It can also put elevated strain on the heart. Which would matter if he weren't a pol and therefore without a heart. Anyway, I liked the caricature.
