"This was not the first time that something unusual washed up on the beach at Bude. In 2008, seven suitcase-sized packages of cocaine were found on the beach, part of a £2.5 million haul washed up along the coastline. "
On the missing legs, two things spring to mind - firstly, if something's been in the water a long time then limb joints tend to be the first to go. Secondly, it may well have been a butchered carcass thrown into the water - the legs are typically removed there for ease of hanging.
Although that begs the question - who throws away a perfectly good chunk of beef? And why?
JH, there are fewer cow attack posts because some idiot created a mobile phone game called 'cow attack', so it is very difficult to track down actual cow attacks in between all the sites that refer to this stupid game.
Which is part of the reason why I'm doing central European cow attacks instead.

Hmmm. Have they checked inside the cow?
VFTS, I saw that, and it's a very strange photo' - where are the cow's legs? Or have they been gnawed off?
JM, do you think cows have progressed to smuggling?
Who know where their nefarious plans could lead?
