Yes, it's pish alright.

Key Retirement Solutions is, of course, a broker heavily involved with Equity Release - a market necessarily aimed at over 55s who have houses of significant value and lower-than-hoped-for incomes; seen in that light, the motive behind the self-contradictory message starts to become clear.
