Oh, I hope so.

Gove doesn't go far enough for me. He's not allowing businesses which means that only the moderately well-off will be able to afford to get a new school off the ground. It's a start, though, and I hope it blossoms.

Incidentally, we already have international edubusiness involved in education, supplying governments and LEAs. Not very competitive, though.
