Lawfare 0- Warfare 1.

A good result.

Standing ovation for Mossad as they leave the field victorious.

But why did they seek all the publicity?

Harry Haddock,

International Law & Due process 0 - Arrogant statist kill squad 1

so, presumably, Dubai has an extradition treaty with Israel? Or Israel could have expected him to be tried and convicted for his crimes there?

Due process is preferable, and I'm sure the Israelis would have preferred that. The whole reason why they had to do this (and things like the post-Munich assassinations) is that they don't get the sort of treatment that we do in Europe.

Cant wait for the final result

Mossad 10,000,000 : Hamas 10,000,000

For some reason people in the UK seem to forget that Britain left 860+ dead British soldiers behind in Palestine.

That's about a battalion. Not much by first day of the Battle of the Somme standards, but bearing in mind they were killed by terrorists, terrorists who Churchill rightly called "gangsters worthy of Nazi Germany", it rather puts our losses in Iraq and Afghanistan into perspective - Doncha think?

It was the highest post WWII British Army death toll apart from Korea.

Its rather odd that we never get to hear about it. I can't imagine why that would be...

Similarly, it seem that in the USA, nobody ever gets to hear bout the attack on the USS Liberty.

Its almost enough to make you start believing in conspiracy theories.
