Due to high turnout (thanks to everybody who took part) and overwhelmingly conclusive result, I'm calling this one.
Ninety-six per cent agreed that established agents would benefit more from the 'regulation' of estate agents than their customers, which is pretty obvious, really, as 'regulation' is in most cases just barriers to entry.

In my continuing quest to debunk as many myths as possible, this week's poll uses the 'Allow multiple answers' option for the first time (for the simple reason I've only just noticed the box to tick) and asks "Which of the following would you consider to be 'local services'..."
I'm not asking which ones you'd like the government to provide (or not, as the case may be), let's just accept that The State does most of these things for the time being. There are no right or wrong answers, I'd just like to know what the general perception is, or more importantly, what you think that the general perception is.
