Victimhood Poker - I wish him the best of luck with this one

From The Metro:

British National Party leader Nick Griffin was racially abused by a man who made threatening "gun gestures" towards him, a court heard today.

The North West MEP was giving evidence in the trial of 23-year-old Tauriq Khalid, from Burnley, who is accused of shouting "white bastards" towards Griffin and other BNP members who were demonstrating in the Lancashire town. As the far right leader gave media interviews outside Burnley police station last November, Khalid drove past and made the comment, returning shortly afterwards to make the gun gesture, Preston Crown Court was told.

The defendant denies one charge of using racially abusive threatening behaviour against Griffin. He admits he stopped his silver Vauxhall Astra at the scene but says he shouted "Nick Griffin, you f w " and the hand gesture was a V-sign.

Justice will serve us properly if Mr Griffin is in no need of the luck you wish him, Mark.

That he was the sole recipient of alleged threats and abuse does not change the standing of serious offences against all society and the popularity of Mr Griffin is thus irrelevant.

Err ... but I thought only whites could be racist. Jo Brand said so.

MTG, I'm not sure what you mean.

DP nails it, this is a win-win court case! The BNP thrive on racism, and they oughtn't be too surprised when they get some back. The jury really will be torn two ways on this, I find the whole thing hilarious.

It's dangerous being a WASP these days.

Where does fattism fit in the victimhood scale, again?

If proven this will still add one more to the total of Racially Aggravated Crimes for the anti-racism lobby to squeal about; conveniently failing to point out tht the vast majority of such crimes are minority on minority or, as in this case, minority on white.
