Never heard of him and the studious look rules out Sven-Goran Eriksson. Difficult one tonight, Mark.

I expect better names from the Low Countries. Who can forget Lewd Rubbers? Or Whatsit van Coq?

It might be brilliant but seeing as no one knows who he is, you could have drawn Lenny Henry and passed it off as Rumpy.

President von Rumpy Pumpy? Not sure.

EV, thanks.

D, or Rude Gullet (possibly Dutch?).

R, true, I was tempted.

GB, not sure about what?

Wow that's really good!

Hi Mark. Not sure about a President called Van Rumpy Pumpy. In fact don't want a bloddy EU president whatever the prat's called.

Great sketch of him though. They may use it on the new Euro coins!!
