More parody singularity

From The Metro:

A photographer taking pictures on a beach for Help for Heroes was banned for health and safety reasons.

Steve Cook was about to start the shoot for the charity that helps wounded soldiers when he was stopped by a council warden. The 42-year-old was told that, under a new by-law, he needed a permit to prove he had insurance to cover any injuries on council property.

Steve's response should have been "sue me - now f*** off!" According to the report in the Bournemouth Echo the Council dildo admitted that not only was there no by-law, it appears there is no need for a permit! Accordingly, there was little likelihood that the official in question was going to arrest (or call the police to arrest) Steve since no offence exists. This was just a jobsworth getting his rocks off persecuting a harmless citizen.

If it had been me I would have moved to below the high tide mark and pointed out to the jobsworth that I was no longer on council property, so he could proceed on his way.
