I did way more than 50 hours of community work before the age of 19 but if some council plonker had tried to force me to do so I would have told him/her to f*** right off.

It's amusing that 'Metro' thinks he'll get a chance to bring this off, isn't it...?
Strap line on BBC website for this story is 'Plan for compulsory volunteers'. You couldn't make this stuff up. I'm going to enjoy watching their attempts to get hoodies on run down council estates to do 50 hours of 'voluntary' community service. A sharp rise in thefts from old people is on the cards I think.
