No doubt the countries of Louis XIV and Bismarck are united in that ambition. (No mention from me of Napoleon or Hitler. Oops!)
Well, quelle surprise, non. Frank-Walter old son the Belgian plain is that way. But just don't think about eh? Your track record with small inoffensive little sovereign states is not good, now is it?
