Always good for a laugh

From The Metro:

Disney's Miley Cyrus in 'racist' photo storm

The Disney star sparked her latest controversy after a picture showing her pulling 'a racist' pose with a group of mates was floated on the over the weekend.

The snap appears to show the Hannah Montana star pulling her eyes into a slant as an Asian-American sits among her group.

Now leaders of the Asian Pacific American community are demanding an apology, accusing her of Asian Pacific American fans [sic]...

Perhaps she can do her ritual televised self-abasement at the feet of the politically-correct along with Carol Thatcher.

You know, to save film for the next time..

The "Asian Pacific Community" sounds pretty bogus to me. Do Ethnic Chinese really for some kind of distinct community with ethnic Samoans? Or have the racial grievence mongers realised that they need to organise into some kind group in order to play victimhood poker?

JM, she ought to rock up to the ritual abasement and say "Velly solly! Velly solly!" and then fall over in a fit of giggles.

R, exactly. It's a completely made up identity. Most of them don't even have slitty eyes. Mrs W certainly doesn't and she's from those parts.
