Now that you've got a cabint may I propose and electoral reform? How about a system styled on 'fantasy football' or 'fantasy GP'? Y'know - where you choose the best bits of each team to make one dream team. Of course it's harder with 600 + MP's but just imagine the weird looking government you'd get. F'rinstance I'd have people like Dennis Skinner and Boris Johnson on the government together.
Thank you Mr W. That's my pension sorted. Now, where's that chauffeur gone ...?
Pensioned up! Huzzah! :o)
TFB, you sacked him, remember?
OTC, that wasn't really the point ;p
No no no Mr W. My task is to sack those who perform no useful function. I am at the core of government now, my time is precious and must not be wasted. I cannot be expected to drive myself or wait for public transport with the common people. My chauffeur is doing vital work in the public good.
Sometimes I think you just don't understand how efficient government works.
Just saw I got the Health gig ... sort of. Thanks Mark
I shall write my statement of intent to the House later.
Done it, Sir. Can I go play now? ;-)

Good point, well made OH.
Mark, who is in charge of immigration? :-)
DP, good manifesto over at yours. I especially like the way you fleshed out Obo's basic ideas.
Immigration minister is Phil Thomas.
Mark, Belated thank you for this appointment. I actually think you might have given me the most powerful job in the cabinet if I am actually allowed by my right-wing comrades and media to enact suitable electoral reform for Westminster. I would imagine few of your appointees would survive the ensuing left leaning democracy that would follow a PR election.
The religious brief is a nice bonus - a pet project. I think that a study of philosophy might be a suitable addition to the national curriculum and maybe humanism and a skeptics bible.
