My local paper is today advertising one bedroom flats in an as yet uncompleted block in Kennington for £270,000. The builders appear to be Barratt's. Either they appear to be unaware of the current house price crash - or they are really taking the p...
If it's the block I think it is then they are taking the Mickey.
I guess it's this one.
Unless it's nearly finished, I'd now assume that the whole thing will get put on hold for several years.
Mark, Yes it is, as the address is the same. However, the nice little houses pic shown at the top of their ad is definitely not the same as the several storey high metal and glass block in my ad. I wonder why they feel the need to advertise this development which is so close and extremely good for work in central London, so far and wide? I can assure you they won't get many takers from here.
EIM, if you can track down a CGI or plans, that would be great.
Mark - sorry, I don't do jargon! What's a CGI? All I had was photo ad in the paper.
