As Big Jacqui says, it's against the rules for this stuff to be downloaded on to a memory stick. Thus she (deliberately) misses the whole point of this outcry: it doesn't matter what the rules are if they're not enforced. But, of course, Labour administration for the last 11 years has been a paean to rules making. I suspect there's not one law made in the last 11 years concerning security or crime which would have been necessary if the laws as they stood on 1 May 1997 had been properly enforced.
