It just won't die. This Terminator ConstiTreaty will just keep morphing like Office Austin.
The only thing we can do is find a steel mill and slowly lower it into boiling molten metal where it will regress screaming through its previous forms of The ERM the EMS and the EEC until it becomes the Coal and Steel Community before finally disappearing.

When has history shown us this? How much war has broken out between the USA and say Mexico, Canada, Brazil and Chile since 1846?
Was the USSR which covered Asia an overwhelming economic success and defeated all its enemies?
