So if you can live off the 20% bracket on rental income alone thats the way to go?
In other words sink your money in to property and collect the rents with a doberman?
If you earn less than 32000 from rental income then you are ok
Trouble is achieving that means you need about 30-40 properties depending on where you are.
Round where I live that's be about four or five one-bed flats, assuming no borrowings.
