Glass ceiling

We don't have a glass ceiling where I work.

Which is arguably a shame, because the young women who work on the floor above us are all incredibly nice to look at.

They all wear trousers anyway, but you don't know what it's like up there. I am surprised the blokes up there ever get any work done. In fact, from the look of the files that get sent down to me, they don't.
