I thought we'd agreed on this, foreign criminals ought to be deported?
But our judges consider themselves above the law, sense of common decency, public duty etc.
Plus this sort of thing will go to appeal and counter appeal. Thus generating loads of lovely taxpayer funded income for barristers acting for State or Criminal.
Bastards, bastards, bastards.

Bastardos indeed! Swivel eyed loons.
Er, the point is we can't deport EU convicts unless they are a danger to the public.
Let's have this out in the open as part of the referendum debate.
Purple, thanks.
An Open Europe press release explains...
"In the case of Learco Chindamo the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal referred to the 2004 Free Movement Directive (Directive 2004/38/EC) which was passed into UK law last year as Statutory Instrument 2006/1003.
"It states that “A relevant decision [to deport] may not be taken except on imperative grounds of public security in respect of an EEA national who has resided in the United Kingdom for a continuous period of at least ten years prior to the relevant decision.”
So yes, more evidence to be used in support of leaving!
See my second to last blog entry.
