somehow the second place in the Solar System counts: Saturn is often introduced as the second largest planet, and Titan the second largest moon.
I have the second largest belly in my house and I'm not famous. Not even in my house!
For some reason I'm mildly disappointed that it wasn't named Eric instead. Don't know why.

P, this case is more like "I have the second largest belly among the thin people in my house".
AKH, they name them after Greek or Latin deities. They made an exception for Pluto, which was named after a Disney cartoon character to lighten the mood.
