Today's short list:
People who have written (or co-written) and performed two completely different songs with the same title.
I'm only aware of two examples:
Mick Jagger - "Think" (side 2, track 7 of Aftermath) and "Think" (track 9 of Wandering Spirit).
More famously, George Michael - "Freedom" with Wham! and "Freedom" (aka "Freedom 90") as a solo artist.
Any more?

Hawkwind/ Motorhead. This is a +1 too, as the bands name is also the title. Not a huge fan but you have to love:
'Can't get enough,
And you know it's righteous stuff,

No idea what that's all about - Rents perhaps?
MW, wrong. H and M both did versions of exactly the same song. Doesn't count.
I don’t think Jagger actually wrote the Second version of Think.
Dave Clark Five had two hit singles called Everybody Knows. Both different.
P.S. Both Paul McCartney and John Lennon wrote hit singles called Woman. But they were two different people.

Beatles - Revolution, Revolution, and Revolution?
JB, three different versions of the same song by the same artist(s) don't count. Like Honky Tonk Women/Country Honk, different versions of the same song (with different titles).
