Via The Daily Mail, Zoopla' new app...
Britain is home to more than 750,000 property millionaires. Fancy finding out when your home will hit the seven figure mark?
I got "2024", in case you're wondering. My neighbour's address scored "over £1 million" and recommended opening a bottle of champagne. It didn't say how often though.

Just so long as you don't need to live where you do, you're quids in
M, or more precisely, as long as you don't have a growing family and might want to move to a larger home in the same area in the next few years...
Zoopla used to me much more fun when it archived full historical listings by the estate agents making it possible to have a snoop around any properties that had been rented or sold in the last few years. I wonder why they took it off. Perhaps the estate agents complained.
You could also see what the people who bought your house had done to it before they sold it on. Very interesting. I, too will miss this feature.
