Not really much of a surprise to me but it is nice to see the BBC getting on the case after years of thrusting Homes Under the Hammer down our throats. I stopped paying my TV Licence after once accidentally seeing the start of an episode where the presenter said "Everybody is getting a housing portfolio these days..." Well, the tenants aren't getting a houisng portfolio are they?!?!
Seems like a good idea to me...
THat's the system, isn't it? There will always be people who exploit it.
MW. Strictly speaking they will - rightly - game it. Such is the way with all subsidies.
