Look, I am sorry but...

Obviously this old trout was always a confidence trickster.

Sometime ago I was momentarily unable to avoid her being interviewed / aka fawned over on BBC and all I could think was 'that looks like one fat conniving old bat'.

Anyone else think the same?

Agreed - always came across as a charlatan. Contrived eccentricity is often a cloak for that.

Likewise I always thought Jimmy Savile was a wrong 'un.

When somebody is hero-worshipped and exalted it is too good to be true so there must be something else going on. Even if they started out good, the adulation eventually corrupts them (power corrupts).

Curmudgeon beat me to it. Reminds me a lot of Savile, although Savile was far worse than Batwhatshername, Savile was cunning and manipulative but I think this woman is just naive really.

Well said, but "fact conniving old bat"? Surely fact conniving is what climate scientists do.

It remains to be seen just how many of her claimed 36,000 dependents are now left roaming the streets weeping...oh...er....I am talking about the children here.

The well paid ex-employees have already been seen weeping in the streets....

I have a hatred of the word "kids" substituted for children. And why would you wear traditional African clothes when you were born in Iran and brought up in the UK? Well we know why; to curry favour with the locals, like a throwback to the loony left 1980s.

She practiced as a Psychotherapist with no qualifications, and her father was a quack too.
