The DM's roving estate agent reporter gets some titillation.
"I'm so sorry the screams from my dungeon upset the tennis club": A surreal encounter with the suburban dominatrix (and ex-pastry chef) locked in a spanking great row with her wealthy neighbours
* Mistress Evilyne has run her dominatrix business in Kent for two years
* Neighbours of her 'torture chamber' were stunned to discover the business
* She runs her business from a £2,300-a-month five-bed suburban home
* Fellow residents insist they just want to know if the business is legal

No. It doesn't say what her house is worth, how much she claims in benefits or who the celebrity members of the tennis club are.
"It doesn't say what her house is worth,"
Of course not, she's not a salt-of-the-earth owner-occupier, she's a scummy tenant. That's what's so DM about it.
Yes, obvs she is a scummy tenant that is why they say how much rent she is paying, but they could still say what the house would sell for if a decent law abiding citizen came along and wanted to buy it.
Does remind me of when somebody did a drugs sting thingie on Tulisa* and her court case was coming up, the DM constantly reminded us how much rent Tulisa was paying each month.
* Who it is a pop singer turned TV presenter turned celebrity.
Nothing like a bit of free advertising. I bet her business increases. The next step will be her landlord turning up to increase the rent to get a 'piece of the action', (as it were).
"but they could still say what the house would sell for if a decent law abiding citizen came along and wanted to buy it."
Or, better still, they could have quoted an outraged neighbour saying by how much she'd devalued house prices in the surrounding area.
Lola, you could be closer to the mark than you know.
B, house price devaluation. Spot on. That's real DM.
It'd be easy to work out the value of the house from the monthly rental!
