A mansion tax is the kind of expedience that has cause LVT to fail whenever mad enough to try it.

And if something is good for the rich, then it must be goo for the poor. So to select the poor to be the only beneficiaries is highly prejudicial not to mention a logical fallacy.

When are you guys going to realise, if you want your idea to work, you must be bold about it. Else expect to get buried... by those who are bold.

Its not rocket science. It is a kind of religion.
