From the BBC:
Sky divers Vince Reffet and Fred Fugen have set a new world record by base jumping from the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
Unless I am very much mistaken, three people jumped off the building - the two in the picture and the cameraman, who as per usual doesn't get a mention, despite having the harder task.

what you might find is that 2 jumped off and the third was perhaps tied to them and dragged down with em to do the filming....
Unless the camera was on a remotely controlled model aircraft.

You can see that the cameraman pulls his 'chute slightly before the other two and then the sequence just cuts off. Similar with second sequence.
